DSA-negative AMR had slightly less molecular AMR activity and histologic peritubular capillaritis than DSA-positive AMR. Results.ĭSA was frequently negative in both molecular (56%) and histologic (51%) AMR. Local DSA and histologic diagnoses were assigned per center standard-of-care. Molecular Microscope Diagnostic System biopsy testing was performed at Alberta Transplant Applied Genomics Centre, dd-cfDNA testing at Natera, Inc, and central HLA antibody testing at One Lambda Inc. ![]() The present study analyzed the triple results in 280 biopsies, focusing on the question of dd-cfDNA levels in DSA-negative antibody-mediated rejection (AMR). Previous analyses of double results showed dd-cfDNA was strongly associated with rejection-associated molecules in the biopsy. #S2 controller editor trialTrifecta ( #NCT04239703) is a prospective trial defining relationships between donor-derived cell-free DNA (dd-cfDNA), donor-specific antibody (DSA), and molecular findings in kidney transplant biopsies. The S4 has a better layout and more VU meters but the MC6000 is also a stand alone (digital) mixer. This is the deals breaker between a used S4 and a used Denon MC6000. My main goal is more than two channels using DVS hopefully vinyl as well, giving me full flexibilty. I realise I'm digitising my analog vinly signal but I'm not overly concerened as I'm not a full on Audiophile an it's for home use really. #S2 controller editor upgradeIf this works then I'm sure the DVS upgrade will work for 4 channels, 2 x tt's with timecode and 2 MIDI channels on the conrtroller. I appreciate I would need to upgrade to Cross for DVS but could I still use the S4 in 4 channel mode with 2 tt's playing vinyl in thru mode and two MIDI channels? How is this handled in Mixvibes. #S2 controller editor softwareI'm assuming the control to feed the phono signal through is software as there is no switch on the S4. Great, Thanks! That's exactly the answer I was looking for. ![]()
